For over 2 decades, I have worked in event planning, marketing, project management, and as a sustainability professional for global brands in food and beverage, tourism, hospitality, sports, entertainment, fashion, and consumer packaged goods.

I developed and led groundbreaking campaigns consisting of advertising, digital marketing, promotions, public relations, social media, special events, and video marketing.

I am particularly effective with translating conceptual business initiatives and ideas into actionable growth strategies and business campaigns that increase awareness and positively impact the bottom line. My greatest interest lies in solving complex problems and finding the simplest yet effective project management and implementation route to reach the individual goals of a business. Becoming a sustainable and socially responsible business doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, many companies don't realize how it can also benefit their bottom line and the value it adds to their company culture.

I've also had the opportunity to live and work internationally in Australia, China, France, Greece, Italy, Middle East, South Africa, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

A Personal

I love to explore new craft beverages and cuisines. Travel is a passion for me, and I have set foot on 6 continents, 35 countries, and 37 states. I also love to hang out with my hubby, Russ, and our dog, Little Lady. Currently, I am writing a book about sustainable, purpose-driven brewing to be published in 2023. I also volunteer time with local animal rescue and children's charities. I am a member of various organizations, including American Marketing Association, Brewers Association, Conscious Capitalism, International Society of Sustainability Professionals, and Pink Boots Society.

What led me to be eco and socially conscious?

Helping others has always been a part of my life. It started in high school when I fed the homeless at homeless shelters and soup kitchens. Then I worked for non-profits, read to inner city kids, volunteered in Cape Town, South Africa at a battered women and children's center, and much more.

Having worked in the corporate world and most recently in the craft beer industry, I noticed a need to educate, inspire, and empower businesses to operate more sustainably, whether environmentally or socially. I kept hearing from many breweries that they would love to be more sustainable, but they didn't know where to start or what else they could do. So, I decided to research and interview numerous craft breweries to see what they are doing to be sustainable, leading me to start writing a book on how to be a sustainable brewery.

Although I've been helping businesses with marketing, events, and project management, I’ve been longing for more. And that is how I have arrived here today. Craft Good Business was born out of a deep desire to help companies create an authentic presence with an emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility.

The heart of my work is grounded in these
